Bio
SuperSprite is Liam Blackburn and him only. Prior to becoming a sprite he was and still is involved in an art form known as circuit bending. He fell upon circuit bending about 3 years ago after a friend shown him a book by Reed Ghazala who is supposedly the grandfather of Circuit Bending. He was looking for something more than just playing guitar and shouting and this is what he stumbled upon. Circuit Bending led to building simple synthesisers, effects units and then soon enough he favoured circuit bending and modifying vintage games consoles such as Sega's Mega Drive and Nintendo's SNES. Liam started up Springbok Abominations, which is where he promotes his projects such as my Megabomination Drive and the Super Nintendo Abomination System. Earlier this year one of Sprites friends, who is also heavily into circuit bending shown him LSDJ, a music programme for the Nintendo Gameboy. So Liam got a blank Gameboy cartridge, bought the programme and then did a bunch of magic to get the programme onto the cartridge. SuperSprite became quite attached to LSDJ and started composing. After a fair amount of time spent on LSDJ Liam spontaneously took form of a Sprite. A SuperSprite. Wielding a Gameboy and his circuit bent abominations.
