Super intriguing art-rocker Kapil Seshasayee releases his splendid new single 'Caustic Wit' via hard noise harbingers Loner Noise
The Glaswegian music maker toes the line perfectly between experimental and listener friendly. His music is like nothing you've ever heard yet there is no difficulty in 'getting it' straight away. 'Caustic Wit' is a perfect example of this.
Everything from the vocal to the riffs to the fuzzy beats maintain their alternative and inventive origins whilst being imbued with pop sensibilities. Kapil is an anomaly in this sense as he carries appeal for musical elitists as well as passive listeners. It's pretty enviable really.
To coincide with the release of 'Caustic Wit' Kapil will head out on a tour of England. The tour consists of a run of individual shows concluded by an appearance at WRONG Festival, where he’ll play alongside Bo Ningen, The Wytches, Part Chimp, The Cosmic Dead, Blacklisters and Evil Blizzard, as well as other experimental music luminaries.
